- Originally a Home Depot – gutted to the shell and redesigned for a brand new fit-out for the town of Saddlebrook
- Systems included all new packaged RTU’s, Gas-fired UH’s, exhaust fans, a VRF system, new ductwork, and multiple ductless mini splits
- All new stand alone controls system provided by our in-house controls division – Schneider: for EF’s, UH’s, RTU’s, VRF, CO/NO Sensors
- Installation of Orion / AAON Control system for all AHU’s
