The Mall at Short Hills Rooftop Unit Replacements

• Armistead contracted to replace 12 rooftop units for The Mall at Short Hills with no disruption to the mall’s regular operating hours.
• Because the mall is only closed for a few days per year, the 12 units were replaced on Easter Sunday in 12 hours.
• The RTU replacement was inclusive of a controls upgrade while meeting the upscale mall’s strict noise criteria.
• We utilized two cranes – one on either side of the building—to accommodate the schedule.
